The LMP USB-C mini Dock can be seen as the digital version of a “Swiss Army Knife” when it comes to versatility and ease of use. There are 8 ports with which you can share or transfer data, reach to the internet or a network at high speed, make use of an external monitor with up to 4K resolution or charge a smartphone or tablet while you power up the laptop at the same time. All these ports have been combined in a sleak dock made out of aluminium.

The HDMI port allows the use of an external monitor or TV with a maximum resolution of 4K @ 30 Hz. The USB 3.0 ports transfer data from and to the laptop and are ideal for attaching multiple USB devices such as an external USB HDD/SSD enclosure, a USB mouse or a USB printer. The marked USB port (1.5A/BC1.2) can charge a smartphone or tablet with up to 1.5A. Over the Gigabit Ethernet port, a speedy connection to the internet or network can be established (no driver needed). The card reader supports SD (including SDHC/XC formats) as well as microSD memory cards and transfers photos and videos quickly to the computer. The USB-C port can be used to charge the laptop through a USB-C power adapter (Power Delivery) or as a data port.

Further notes on compatibility and usage

Not compatible with Apple USB SuperDrive!
Thunderbolt 3 and 4 compatible - May develop heat during use!
For the highest possible resolution of 4K @ 30 Hz via HDMI, the connected display or TV must support the resolution and refresh rate!
The resolutions depend on the native resolutions of the display. Resolutions between native screen resolutions may not be displayed!
Do not unplug the power plug while using the dock.
Disconnect all connected devices before disconnecting the power or host connection.
The HDMI connector does not support the use of another AV adapter (e.g. HDMI to DVI adapter).

Use the LMP Adaper 24174 LMP USB-C to HDMI & VGA Dual Adapter, USB-C (m) to HDMI (f) & VGA (f) to power up to 4 additional monitors for Apple M1 and M2 devices ONLY!
